I grabbed the one-week trial over at The Studio at Catalyst in Rancho Bernardo and…safe to say, I’m hooked. From the second you walk in, it’s all good energy, friendly faces, and instructors who actually meet you where you’re at (yes, modifications included 🙌).

Half of the space feels like a luxe wellness escape, think infrared saunas, Normatec boots, cold plunge, and vibro-acoustic chairs that practically melt the stress off your shoulders. The other half? A full lineup of Pilates, sculpt, strength, and spin classes that actually make you want to show up.

Best part…you can roll straight from your workout into the wellness lounge and suddenly it’s less “gym day” and more “midday spa moment” 🧖‍♀️
