Local Gem: Bushfire Kitchen

We were recently invited to the soft opening of Bushfire Kitchen in Rancho Bernardo and honestly… we left impressed.

The vibe is fast casual, relaxed, and super family friendly, making it an easy spot for everything from a quick lunch to a girls’ night dinner with the kiddos in tow. The service was incredibly fast, the staff was so welcoming, and every dish tasted fresh from the very first bite.

We ordered the chicken empanadas, chicken curry bowl, Nashville spicy chicken sandwich, and of course sangria because priorities. Everything was packed with flavor and tasted thoughtfully made, not just thrown together. You can really tell they focus on scratch-made food and high-quality ingredients

They officially opened just a few days ago, so if you’re in the Rancho Bernardo area, definitely add this one to your list.
