This one is a reminder that real estate doesn’t always start with a search, sometimes it starts with perfect timing.

We met the Stickleys by chance while locking up a private showing at one of our listings in Canopy Grove, West Escondido, a community we’ve worked in since it was first built and know inside and out. They asked if they could take a look, and what started as a quick hello turned into a great conversation about homeownership, VA benefits, and recently getting married and thinking about putting down roots.
